Use the form opposite to upload copies of any of the episodes I’m missing. Types are restricted to .mp3 .swf and .wav in an effort to prevent anyone uploading viruses or other nasties. Let me know before using the form if you’re using a different format so I can add it.

There’s a maximum upload size limit of 128mB by my host so if the total size of the files you want to upload exceeds this, or the number of files is more than the number of Browse… buttons I’ve provided, you’ll need to split your uploads and reuse the form. However, I’ve made only your name and the first file ‘required’ fields. I’ll assume responses to other fields are the same unless completed differently on different submissions.
