My Role: European FM strategy and delivery of day-to-day FM services
Budget: Expense c. £2m for UK sites

Sites: 40,000 ft2 head office unit, incorporating primarily open plan offices
10,000 ft2 warehouse unit (Deptford, South London)
12 Sales and support offices in Western Europe, ranging from one man offices up to 25 staff
Staff: Direct 2 Facilities Assistants; 2 Receptionists
Contract 1 Security Officer; 1 Janitor; 1 Maintenance Engineer
Scope: Strategic, operational and budgetary responsibility for all day-to-day property issues relating to the site, primarily including:-

Car Fleet Reception Services Security Systems & Staff
Cleaning Conference Facilities Vending & Catering
Records Archiving Space Management Corporate Travel
Insurances Office Equipment Office Consumables
