After entertaining snakes in his van and terrapins in his bath, Inspector Martin Hubbard of the RSPCA is now host to two nine-week-old kittens. They were found living wild at the end of a garden at the back of Sheep Street in Peterfield. The RSPCA, keen to integrate the cats into civilised society, named the ginger tom Jane and gave his sister the charming name of Rodney.
