"A magistrate yesterday questioned police who arrested a man for bumping into a flower pot. "Was the flower pot caused harrassment, alarm or distress?" Quentin Campbell asked, at Marlborough Street in London. Alan Barwell, prosecuting, told the court the defendant had been seen bumping into people, but wasn't arrested till he bumped into the flower pot."
